CROWN Middle East Can Co.  was established in Amman, Jordan in 1995 as an independent manufacturer of high quality aluminum cans for the beverage makers. The project was conceived as a joint venture Crown Cork and Seal, Philadelphia, USA, the worlds largest packaging manufacturer, and Ahmad Hamad Al Gosaibi & Bros, Saudi Arabia.

Since initial production in 1995 CMECC reputation for quality and service has grown. Our sales to domestic and export markets in the Middle East has been reinforced by gaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 qualification from the Lloyds register, OHSAS from SGS, HACCP & ISO 22000.

 CMECC’s operations are founded upon modern production facilities, world-class technical expertise and quality materials. Initially the management of CMECC was drawn from the best of Crown operation as well as local manpower. Reinforced rigorous training programmers in USA and locally to key employee who operate to the most effective manufacturing standards in the industry worldwide. 
  
CMECC policy is to share useful information with local community were it participate in graduates projects and studies for both BSC & MSC degress in the university of Jordan, university of all Albayet & cooperation with British packaging institute - Jordan, royal scientific & others.
