We have gained our reputation for
excellence from sound philosophy of quality first”, backed
by a dedicated administration, sales, dispatch and customer
service facility. We were the first company in Jordan to
obtain ISO 9000, ISO 9001, HACCP, OHSAS and ISO 14001 and to
this day are registered with the Lloyds register of quality
assurance. Our goal is to consistently exceed the
requirements set by these standards.
To ensure that CMECC aluminum cans comply with our own very
exacting standards, a sophisticated computer database
supports continues quality assurance monitoring program.
This program incorporates the latest laser, electronic and
optical equipment in our testing laboratories.
Our
laboratory is equipped with the appropriate facilities
to ensure that CMECC’s can s undergo the most rigorous
testing. We test for all our manufacturing parameters buckle
pressure performance, coating application and dimensional
exactitude.
We staff the laboratories with highly qualified and
exercised personal fully trained in the use of this
equipment and with a wide knowledge of international
standards and customer requirements.
Our never ending quest for improving
existing products, technologies and attributes is driven,
not only by customer requirements, but also by CMECC’s
ambition its markets leadership.
Our association with Crown enables us
to use the worlds leading packaging research and development
facilities in Alsip USA and Wantage UK in these locations,
MECC works jointly with leading exports in the cans raw
materials and process developments.
Recent technological advances that CMECC has introduced
improving coating, inks and dome profiles. In house, we
continue to develop a product that can cope with higher
internal pressures. We also continuously improving our
promotional devices and designs suited to certain customer
specific activities. To maintain pace with the variety of
markets directions and speeds, CMECC’s
development resource will remain geared to respond
rapidly and meet the new challenges that lie a head. |
